1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel-related services provided by Long Lunch
Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”) through Fora Travel Inc. (“Fora”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By requesting,
purchasing, or confirming travel services with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Long Lunch Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel Inc., a
TICO-registered travel agency. We are not employees, partners, or agents of any travel supplier,
airline, cruise line, or carrier. All bookings are processed through Fora Travel Inc. under its TICO and
IATA registrations. All client payments are made directly to Fora Travel Inc., and travel documentation
is issued under that agency name.
3. TICO Registration and Consumer Protection
Fora Travel Inc. is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) under registration
number 50027209. All travel services provided to Ontario residents are protected under TICO’s
consumer protection framework. For information about your rights, visit www.tico.ca.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Final payment is due
by the specified date on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for
reviewing all confirmations and travel documents for accuracy.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Supplier penalties and fees apply as per their
terms and conditions. Planning and service fees charged by Long Lunch Travel are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued only after the supplier provides reimbursement. Comprehensive
travel insurance is strongly recommended.6. Travel Documents and Identification
You are responsible for ensuring all passports, visas, health documentation, and entry requirements
are valid for all destinations. We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs
resulting from incomplete or improper documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation,
interruption, and medical coverage. If you decline insurance, you assume all related financial risk.
8. Supplier Responsibility
We act solely as intermediaries between clients and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise
lines, and tour operators. We do not control or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their
acts, omissions, or changes. Force majeure events may affect travel arrangements without liability to
us.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the combined liability of Long Lunch Travel and Fora Travel Inc.
is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect,
consequential, or incidental damages arising from your travel arrangements or third-party actions.
10. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our
control. Comparable services will be offered whenever possible.
11. Complaints and Claims
If an issue occurs during your trip, notify the supplier immediately. If unresolved, contact Long Lunch
Travel or Fora Travel Inc. promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of return. If
unresolved, Ontario residents may contact TICO for assistance (www.tico.ca).
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information is collected and used only to arrange and manage your travel services in
accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share your information without consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws
of Canada.
14. Acknowledgment
By booking with Long Lunch Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms and Conditions and that your booking will be processed through Fora Travel Inc. (TICO
#50027209, IATA #33520476).

These Terms govern airfare and related air services booked by Long Lunch Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”)
through Envoyage Travel. All airfare bookings are processed under Envoyage Travel’s IATA and TICO
registrations. By purchasing airfare through us, you agree to these Terms.
Key Terms
• Long Lunch Travel operates as an independent contractor affiliated with Envoyage Travel for airfare
sales.
• All airline tickets and invoices are issued under Envoyage Travel’s IATA (6151633) and TICO
(50024526) registrations.
• Full payment is required prior to ticket issuance unless otherwise specified.
• Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed; changes or cancellations may incur airline penalties.
• Many discounted fares are non-refundable or non-changeable.
• Airline schedule changes are outside our control; we will assist where possible.
• Clients must ensure valid passports, visas, and entry documents.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for airfare; indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
