We begin with a conversation—either in person or virtually—to truly get to know you. During this meeting, we’ll explore your travel style, budget, and goals for the trip. This is also when we’ll walk you through our booking process, terms, and what you can expect working with The Long Lunch.

We build your trip together, but we handle the heavy lifting—always keeping your vision front and center. Some back-and-forth is natural as we fine-tune the details, and it will all happen through your preferred communication channel whether that’s text, social, email, or phone.

Book

Once you’re happy with the proposal, leave the rest to us. We’ll reconfirm final details, agree on payment terms, and then The Long Lunch will take care of booking all your services. From that point on, we’ll outline exactly what you can expect all the way through to departure.

Travel

In the weeks leading up to your trip, The Long Lunch will schedule a time to review your final itinerary typically 1–2 weeks before departure. We’ll also check in just before you leave. When the big day arrives, it’s your time to enjoy but rest assured, we’re always just a text, call, or email away.
