We start with a conversation to get to know each other. The best way for us to achieve this is face to face - in person or virtually. During this conversation, we'll get to know your travel style, budget and your goals for the trip. At this stage, The Long Lunch will outline our booking process terms and expectations.

We are building the trip together. The heavy lifting sits with us, though you'll always remain in control with your vision locked in. There will likely be some back and forth as we get the details right. This will all be done through your favoured communication channel (i.e.. text, social, email, phone).

Book

When you're happy with the proposal, leave it to us to lock in. Expect us to reconfirm final details and agree to payment terms. After that, The Long Lunch will proceed and book all of your services and outline what you can expect right up until departure.

Travel

Leading up to your travel day, The Long Lunch will arrange a date to go through your final itinerary. This is often done 1-2 weeks prior to departure. You can expect us to check in right before you head off too. When the big day finally arrives, it's now over to you. But don't worry, we're only ever a text, call or email away.
